The labor standards:
Freely Chosen Employment
All work is voluntary and workers are free to leave work at any time or terminate their employment.
Workweeks do not exceed the maximum set by local law. Workers shall be allowed at least one day off every seven days.
Humane Treatment and Non-Discrimination
Harsh and inhumane treatment, including any sexual harassment, sexual abuse, or verbal abuse of workers are strictly forbidden, together with unlawful discrimination
Child labor is not used in any stage of manufacturing. The term “child” refers to any person under the age of 15
Freedom of Association
In conformance with local law, all workers have the right to form and join trade unions of their own choosing.
Wages and Benefits
Compensation paid to workers complies with all applicable wage laws.
